إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ فَسَيْفُهُ وَ خَاتَمُهُ وَ مُصْحَفُهُ وَ كُتُبُهُ وَ رَحْلُهُ وَ رَاحِلَتُهُ وَ كِسْوَتُهُ لِأَكْبَرِ وُلْدِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ الْأَكْبَرُ ابْنَةً فَلِلْأَكْبَرِ مِنَ الذُّكُورِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Rabie Bin Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man dies, from his sword, and his ring, and his Parchment, and his books, and his rides, and his luggage, and his ride, and his clothes are for the eldest child, and if the eldest was his daughter, so it is for the eldest from the males’.
