عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ . الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) فِي امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ الْمَالُ لِلزَّوْجِ يَعْنِي إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهُ .
Translation
<span style="font-size: small">From him, form Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, -</span> similar to that. Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from one of his companions, from Aban Bin Ismail Bin Abdul Rahman Al Ju’fy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regard a woman who died and left her husband. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The wealth is for the husband, meaning if there does not happen to be for her an inheritor apart from him’.
