سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَمُوتُ وَ لَا تَتْرُكُ وَارِثاً غَيْرَ زَوْجِهَا قَالَ الْمِيرَاثُ كُلُّهُ لَهُ .
Translation
Ali, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about a woman who died and she did not leave an inheritor apart from her husband. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The inheritance, all of it is for him’.
