قُلْتُ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ هَلَكَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لِلزَّوْجِ.
Translation
7. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ‘Uyaynah Bayya’ al-Qasb from abu Basir who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a woman who dies leaving behind her husband. He (the Imam) said, ‘All of her asset belongs to her husband.’”
