سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَقَالَ تَرِثُهُ وَ يَرِثُهَا مَا دَامَ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Zurara who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about the man who divorces the wife. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘She would inherit him and he would inherit her for as long as he has the right to go back to her’.
