Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, Abu Abdullahasws has said: ‘Aliasws never took from the inheritance of a slave of his when there was a relative of his, and if they did not happen to be from the one for whom flows the Obligatory inheritances, so heasws used to hand it over to them (the other relatives)’.
