Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, raising it, said, ‘Amir Al-Momineenasws judged regarding a man and a woman who both died together in the plague. They both died upon one bed, and the hand and the leg of the man were found upon the woman. So heasws made the inheritance to be for the man and said: ‘He died after her’.
