الْمَرْأَةُ تَرِثُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا وَ يَرِثُ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا مَا لَمْ يَقْتُلْ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The woman would inherit from the wergild of her husband, and he would inherit from her wergild, so long as one of the two has not killed his partner’.
