إِذَا قَتَلَ الرَّجُلُ أَبَاهُ قُتِلَ بِهِ وَ إِنْ قَتَلَهُ أَبُوهُ لَمْ يُقْتَلْ بِهِ وَ لَمْ يَرِثْهُ
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘When the man kills his father, he would be killed due to it, and if his father kills him he (father) would not be killed due to it, and he would not inherit him’.
