رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ مُرْتَدّاً عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَ لَهُ أَوْلَادٌ فَقَالَ مَالُهُ لِوُلْدِهِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Aban Bin Usman, form the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who died an apostate (deserter) from Al-Islam, and for him were children. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘His wealth is for his Muslim children’.
