Translation

Ibn Mahboub, from Sayf Bin Umeyra, from Abu Bakr Al Hazramy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘When the Muslim man reneges from Al-Islam, his wife becomes irrevocably divorced from him just as the irrevocably divorced woman. And if he were to be killed, or die before the fulfillment of her waiting period, so she would inherit him during the waiting period, and he would not inherit her if she had died and he had reneged from Al-Islam’.
