John Shaqi

سُئِلَ عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ وَ لَهُ قُبُلٌ وَ ذَكَرٌ كَيْفَ يُوَرَّثُ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ يَبُولُ مِنْ ذَكَرِهِ فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُ الذَّكَرِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ يَبُولُ مِنَ الْقُبُلِ فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُ الْأُنْثَى .


Translation

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya and Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, altogether from Safwan, from Ibr Muskan, from Dawood Bin Farqad, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a birth of a child and for it were a female sexual organ and a male, how would it inherit?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If he urinates from his male part, for him would be the inheritance of the male, and if it urinated from the female part, so for him would be the inheritance of the women’.
