مَاتَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ فَدَفَعَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) مِيرَاثَهُ إِلَى هَمْشَهْرِيجِهِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from dawood, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A man died in the era of Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, not having an inheritor for him, so Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> handed over his inheritance to his fellow city folk’.
