حَدِيثِ بَرِيرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ أَعْتِقِي فَإِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> in a Hadeeth of Bureyra, that the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> said to Ayesha: ‘Emancipate (a slave) for the guardianship is for the one who emancipates’.
