اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يُحْيِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِها قَالَ لَيْسَ يُحْيِيهَا بِالْقَطْرِ وَ لَكِنْ يَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ رِجَالًا فَيُحْيُونَ الْعَدْلَ فَتُحْيَا الْأَرْضُ لِإِحْيَاءِ الْعَدْلِ وَ لَإِقَامَةُ الْحَدِّ لِلَّهِ أَنْفَعُ فِي الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْقَطْرِ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحاً .

احمد بن مہران سے، محمد بن علی سے، موسیٰ بن سعدان سے، عبد الرحمن بن الحجاج سے، ابو ابراہیم علیہ السلام سے، اللہ عزوجل کے فرمان کے بارے میں: 'وہ زمین کو اس کی موت کے بعد زندہ کرتا ہے' انہوں نے فرمایا: وہ اسے بارش کے قطروں سے زندہ نہیں کرتا، بلکہ اللہ ایسے مردوں کو بھیجتا ہے جو عدل کو زندہ کرتے ہیں، پس زمین عدل کے احیاء سے زندہ ہوتی ہے، اور اللہ کی حدود کا اقامہ زمین میں چالیس دن کی بارش سے زیادہ نافع ہے۔
Translation
Ahmad Bin Mahran, from Muhammad Bin Ali, from Musa Bin Sa’dan, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ibrahim<sup>asws</sup> (7<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:57#h17"><a href="/books/quran:57#h17">[57:17]</a></a> (Know that Allah) Revives the earth after its death</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He<sup>azwj</sup> does not Revive it with the drops (of rain), but Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Sends men, so they are reviving the justice. Thus the earth gets revived with the revival of the justice, and the establishment of the Limits of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> is more beneficial in the earth than the drops (of rain) of forty days’.
