John Shaqi

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَا يُرْجَمُ رَجُلٌ وَ لَا امْرَأَةٌ حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعَةُ شُهُودٍ عَلَى الْإِيلَاجِ وَ الْإِخْرَاجِ .


اردو

امیر المومنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'نہ کسی مرد کو رجم کیا جائے گا اور نہ کسی عورت کو، یہاں تک کہ چار گواہ داخل کرنے اور نکالنے پر گواہی دیں۔'


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Neither a man nor a woman would be stoned until four witnesses testify over it, upon the penetration and the exit’.
