قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) لَا يُرْجَمُ الرَّجُلُ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَرْبَعَةُ شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى الْجِمَاعِ وَ الْإِيلَاجِ وَ الْإِدْخَالِ كَالْمِيلِ فِي الْمُكْحُلَةِ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے محمد بن عیسی سے، انہوں نے یونس سے، انہوں نے سماعہ سے، انہوں نے ابو بصیر سے روایت کی کہ اس نے کہا: ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: مرد اور عورت کو رجم نہیں کیا جائے گا جب تک کہ ان دونوں کے خلاف چار گواہ جماع، ایلاج اور ادخال پر گواہی نہ دیں، جیسے سرمہ دانی میں سلائی داخل ہو۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The man and the woman would not be stoned until there testify upon both of them, four witnesses, of the copulation and the penetration and the entering, like needle (applicator) enters into the Kohl’.
