سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَفْتَرِي عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ يُجْلَدُ ثُمَّ يُخَلَّى بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا يُلَاعِنُهَا حَتَّى يَقُولَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّنِي رَأَيْتُكِ تَفْعَلِينَ كَذَا وَ كَذَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the man who fabricated upon his wife. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped, then there would be separation between the two, and he would not curse her until he is saying, ‘I testify that I saw you, such and such being done with you’.
