فِي شَارِبِ الْخَمْرِ إِذَا شَرِبَ ضُرِبَ فَإِنْ عَادَ ضُرِبَ فَإِنْ عَادَ قُتِلَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ( عليهما السلام ) قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Hadeed, and Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said with regards to the drinker of the wine: ‘When he drinks, he is whipped. So if he repeats, he is whipped. So if he repeats, he is killed during the third (offence)’. Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘The one who drinks the wine, so whip him. So if he repats, so whip him. So if he repeats, so kill him’.
