مَنْ أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِحَدٍّ أَقَمْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا الرَّجْمَ فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ ثُمَّ جَحَدَ لَمْ يُرْجَمْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who accepts upon himself with a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), it would be established upon him, except for the stoning. So if he were to accept upon himself, then deny, he would not be stoned’.
