Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’farasws about a group of people who accompany each other on a journey of friends, so one of them steals the belongings of the other. So heasws said: ‘This is treachery, he would not be cut, but he would be followed due to his theft and his treachery’. It was said to himasws, ‘So if one steals from the house of his own father?’ So heasws said: ‘He would not be cut, because a son of the man is not barred from entering the house of his father. This is treachery, and similar to that is the one who steals from the house of his brother, and his sister, when he enters (their house), as he is not barred from the entering’.
