John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فَإِذا أُحْصِنَّ قَالَ إِحْصَانُهُنَّ أَنْ يُدْخَلَ بِهِنَّ قُلْتُ إِنْ لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهِنَّ أَ مَا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَدٌّ قَالَ بَلَى .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the High <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h25"><a href="/books/quran:4#h25">[4:25]</a></a> and when they are taken in marriage</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Their being married is that they have been copulated with’. I said, ‘If he has not copulated with them, is there no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) on them?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes (there is)’.
