قَالَ حَدُّ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَ الْمَمْلُوكِ فِي الْخَمْرِ وَ الْفِرْيَةِ سَوَاءٌ وَ إِنَّمَا صُولِحَ أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ عَلَى أَنْ يَشْرَبُوهَا فِي بُيُوتِهِمْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Penalty of the Jew, and the Christian, and the owned (slaves) regarding the wine and the fabrication is the same. But rather, it is correct for the <span class="iTxt">Ahl Al-Zimma</span> (people under responsibility) that they can drink it in their houses’.
