John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا ( عليهما السلام ) عَنْ حَدِّ الْأَخْرَسِ وَ الْأَصَمِّ وَ الْأَعْمَى فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْحُدُودُ إِذَا كَانُوا يَعْقِلُونَ مَا يَأْتُونَ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Yahya Bin Abu Imran, from Yunus, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘I asked one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) about a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) of the speechless, the deaf and the blind, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon them are the Penalties, when they they have the intellect of what they are coming to’.
