Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from his brother Al Hassan, from Zurara Bin Muhammad, from Sama’at Bin Mihran, (The nrrator) says, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who fabricated upon the man, so he excused him from it. Then he wanted him to be whipped after the excusing. Heasws said: ‘It is not for him that he should be whipped after the excusing’.
