مَنْ أُخِذَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَدْ أَفْطَرَ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ يُقْتَلُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abu Baseer, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The one who is seized in a Month of Ramazan and he had broken his Fast, so it is raised to the Imam<sup>asws</sup>, he<sup>asws</sup> would kill him during the third (offence)’.
