لَا يُقَامُ الْحَدُّ عَلَى الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ الدَّمُ عَنْهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The Penalty would not be established upon the menstruating woman until the (flow of) blood is cut off from her’.
