كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) يُوَلِّي الشُّهُودَ الْحُدُودَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, raising it, said, ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> used to give the authority to the witnesses for (execution of) the Penalties’.
