ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٍ أَكَلَ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ أَوْ غَصَبَهُ أَوْ رَجُلٍ اؤْتُمِنَ عَلَى أَمَانَةٍ فَذَهَبَ بِهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj, raising it, (It has been narrated) that Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> would never imprison anyone except regarding three – a man who consumed the property of the orphan, or usurped it (property), or a man who was enstrusted upon a trust, so he went away (absconded) with it’.
