John Shaqi

إِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ عَبِثَ بِذَكَرِهِ فَضَرَبَ يَدَهُ حَتَّى احْمَرَّتْ ثُمَّ زَوَّجَهُ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Talha Bin Zayd, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said that they came with a man to Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, who had tampered with his manhood. So he<sup>asws</sup> hit his hand until it was red. Then he<sup>asws</sup> got him married from the public treasury’.
