وُجِدَ فِي قَائِمِ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) صَحِيفَةٌ إِنَّ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ الْقَاتِلُ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ وَ الضَّارِبُ غَيْرَ ضَارِبِهِ وَ مَنِ ادَّعَى لِغَيْرِ أَبِيهِ فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثاً أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثاً لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفاً وَ لَا عَدْلًا .
اردو
الحسین بن محمد، معلی بن محمد سے، وہ الوشاء سے، وہ مثنی سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ کی تلوار کی میان میں ایک صحیفہ ملا (جس میں لکھا تھا): بے شک اللہ عزوجل کے ہاں لوگوں میں سب سے بڑا سرکش وہ ہے جو اپنے قاتل کے علاوہ کسی اور کو قتل کرے، اور جو اپنے پر مارنے والے کے علاوہ کسی اور کو مارے۔ اور جو شخص اپنے (حقیقی) باپ کے علاوہ کسی اور کی طرف نسب کا دعویٰ کرے تو وہ اس پر کافر ہے جو اللہ نے محمد پر نازل فرمایا۔ اور جو شخص کوئی جرم کرے یا کسی مجرم کو پناہ دے تو اللہ عزوجل قیامت کے دن اس سے نہ کوئی فدیہ قبول کرے گا اور نہ کوئی بدلہ۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Musny, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘A parchment was found in the sheath of the sword of Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> (which said): ‘The most troublemaker of the people to Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, is the one who killed other than the one who (was trying to) kill him, and having struck someone other than the one who struck him, and the one who claims to other than his (biological) father, so he is a disbeliever with what Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Revealed unto Muhammad<sup>saww</sup>; and the one who initiates an event (killing), or shelters an initiator (of a killing), Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic would not Accept from him on the Day of Judgement, neither any exchange (for himself) nor any ransom’.
