John Shaqi

لَا يُقَادُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدِهِ وَ يُقْتَلُ الْوَلَدُ إِذَا قَتَلَ وَالِدَهُ عَمْداً .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, both together from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub Al Khazaz, from Humran, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘The father would not be retaliated due to (killing) his son, but the son would be killed when he kills his father deliberately’.
