جِرَاحَاتُ الْمَرْأَةِ وَ الرَّجُلِ سَوَاءٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ فَإِذَا جَازَ ذَلِكَ تَضَاعَفَتْ جِرَاحَةُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى جِرَاحَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ ضِعْفَيْنِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The injuries of the woman and the man are equal until it reaches a one-third of the wergild. So when it exceeds that, it is added for the injuries of the man, over the injuries of the woman, by double’.
