John Shaqi

مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ مُتَعَمِّداً فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ رَقَبَةً وَ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِيناً وَ يَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat Bin Ayoub, from Abu Al Magra, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who kills his slave deliberately, so upon him is that he should emancipate a neck, and that he should feed sixty poor (persons), and Fasts for two months consecutively’.
