رَجُلٍ شَجَّ عَبْداً مُوضِحَةً قَالَ عَلَيْهِ نِصْفُ عُشْرِ قِيمَتِهِ .
Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Abdul Aziz Al Abdy, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who fractured a bone of a slave. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is half of the tenth of his price’.
