الْأَنْفِ إِذَا اسْتُؤْصِلَ جَدْعُهُ الدِّيَةُ وَ فِي الْعَيْنِ إِذَا فُقِئَتْ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ وَ فِي الْأُذُنِ إِذَا قُطِعَتْ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ وَ فِي الْيَدِ نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ وَ فِي الذَّكَرِ إِذَا قُطِعَ مِنْ مَوْضِعِ الْحَشَفَةِ الدِّيَةُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the nose when its stump is eradicated, is the (complete) wergild; and regarding the eye when it is blinded is half the wergild; and regarding the ear when it is cut, is half the wergild; and regarding the hand is half the wergild; and regarding the manhood when it is cut off from the place of the tip, is the (complete) wergild’.
