سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ عَلَى عِجَانِهِ فَلَا يَسْتَمْسِكُ غَائِطُهُ وَ لَا بَوْلُهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding the man who was struck upon his lower area, so he could no longer withhold his faeces nor his urine - regarding that is the complete wergild’.
