Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Salih Bin Uqba, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘A man asked himasws and I was in hisasws presence, ‘A man struck a man, so his urine was intermittent. So heasws said: ‘If it was that the urine trickled into the night, so upon him is the (complete) wergild, because it has prevented him from the livelihood; and if it was into the end of the day, so upon him is the (complete) wergild; and if it was into half the day, so upon him is a third of the wergild; and if it was into the raising of the day, so upon his is a third of the wergild’.
