قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِي جَنِينِ الْهِلَالِيَّةِ حَيْثُ رُمِيَتْ بِالْحَجَرِ فَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا غُرَّةَ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> judged regarding a foetus of Al-Hilaliya when she was pelted by a rock, so she miscarried what was in her belly, a compensation of a (male) servant, or a (female) servant’.
