Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who dug the well in his house, or in his kingdom. So heasws said: ‘Whatever he had dug in his house or in his kingdom, so there is no responsibility upon him, and whatever he dug in the road, or in other than is kingdom, so he is responsibility to whatever falls into it’.
