Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Fazzal, from Yunus Bin Yaqoub, from Abu Maryam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineenasws judged regarding the owner of the animal that he is responsible regarding whatever it tramples by its hands (front legs), and its (hind) legs; and whatever it kicks with its (hind) legs, so there is no responsibility upon him except if a human being strikes it’.
