وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَ الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ .
Translation
And by this chain, He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘(Being killed by) the well is ‘<span class="iTxt">Jubarru</span>’, (no wergild for it), and (being killed by) the beasts, is ‘<span class="iTxt">Jubarru</span>’ (no wergild for it), and (being killed by) the mines, is ‘<span class="iTxt">Jubarru</span>’ (no wergild for it’.
