قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَا تَشْهَدْ بِشَهَادَةٍ لَا تَذْكُرُهَا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ شَاءَ كَتَبَ كِتَاباً وَ نَقَشَ خَاتَماً .
اردو
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'کسی ایسی گواہی پر گواہ مت بنو جو تمہیں یاد نہ ہو، کیونکہ جو چاہے وہ ایک دستاویز لکھ سکتا ہے اور مہر لگا سکتا ہے (جعلسازی کر کے)۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Do not testify with a testimony (which) you do not remember, for it is such, if one so desires to, he writes a writing and draws a seal (forgery)’.
