سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ( عليه السلام ) يُجِيزُ فِي الدَّيْنِ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَ يَمِينَ الْمُدَّعِي .

الحسین بن محمد نے معلّی بن محمد سے، انہوں نے الحسن بن علی الوشاء سے، انہوں نے حماد بن عثمان سے روایت کی، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابوعبداللہ علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: علی علیہ السلام قرض کے معاملے میں ایک مرد کی گواہی اور مدعی کی قسم کو کافی قرار دیتے تھے۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Washa, from Hammad Bin Usman who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> Saying; ‘Ali<sup>asws</sup> used to allow, with regards to the debt, the testimony of a man and an oath of the claimant’.
