الدَّيْنِ يَحْلِفُ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ حَقَّهُ لَحَقٌّ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے حماد سے، انہوں نے حلبی سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے قرض کے معاملے میں مدعی کی قسم کے ساتھ عورتوں کی گواہی جائز قرار دی — وہ اللہ کی قسم کھائے کہ اس کا حق یقیناً حق ہے۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> allowed the testimony of the women with an oath of the seeker regarding the debt, swearing by Allah<sup>azwj</sup> that he is rightful for the right’.
