John Shaqi

أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) شَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ رَجُلٌ وَ قَدْ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ وَ رِجْلُهُ بِشَهَادَةٍ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَتَهُ وَ قَدْ كَانَ تَابَ وَ [قَدْ] عُرِفَتْ تَوْبَتُهُ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, a man testified in his<sup>asws</sup> presence with a testimony, and his hand and his leg had been cut. So he<sup>asws</sup> allowed his testimony, and he had repented and his repentance had been recognised’.
