اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَوْ آخَرانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ فِي أَرْضِ غُرْبَةٍ لَا يُوجَدُ فِيهَا مُسْلِمٌ جَازَتْ شَهَادَةُ مَنْ لَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ عَلَى الْوَصِيَّةِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Al Hakam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h106"><a href="/books/quran:5#h106">[5:106]</a></a> or two others from among others than you</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If the man was in a land of strangers, not finding a Muslim in it, the testimony of one who is not a Muslim would be allowed upon the bequest’.
