Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Yazeed Bin Si’haq, from Haroun Bin Hamza who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who employed an employee. But, one of the two does not trust his companion, so the wages were placed upon a (third) man. So that man died, and did not get the wages paid. Thus the wages were destroyed. So heasws said: ‘The employer is responsible of the wages to the employee until it is paid, except if it so happened that the employee called for it to be that, so he was pleased with the (third) man (holding it). So if he did it, so his right would be wherever he placed it and was pleased with it’.
