قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ فِي الْيَمِينِ مَتَى مَا ذَكَرَ وَ إِنْ كَانَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحاً ثُمَّ تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ وَ اذْكُرْ رَبَّكَ إِذا نَسِيتَ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ja’far Bin Muhammad Al Ashary, from Ibn Al Qaddah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The exclusion in the oath is when what is remembered, even though it may be after forty mornings’. Then he<sup>asws</sup> recited this Verse <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:18#h24"><a href="/books/quran:18#h24">[18:24]</a></a> and remember your Lord when you forget</span>’.
