Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Safwan Bin yahya, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ibrahimasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about an expiation for the oath in the Words of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h89"><a href="/books/quran:5#h89">[5:89]</a></a> but whosoever cannot find (means) then fasting for three days</span>. What is the limit of the one who does not find, and if the man were to be asked with regarding to what is in his hand, and he finds it’. So heasws said: ‘When there does not happen to be with him any excess from the livelihood of his family, so he is from the ones ‘who cannot find’’.
